A pastor and friend of mine, Rick, has accepted an invitation to travel to Uganda, Africa. While there, he will be working with an organization that serves the needs of refugees from war-torn Uganda and Sudan. The ministry in Uganda focuses on providing education, as well as basic physical, spiritual, and medical needs to refugee children and their families. They also have a school for pastors, training local pastors how to be spiritual leaders in their community. Rick has been asked to teach at the pastors’ school for 2 weeks where he will provide 30 hours of teaching. The organization is taking care of his accommodations.
